Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • A return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email)
  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized items, decals)
  • Used or worn personal care items
  • Installed or used automotive accessories
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping
  • A wrong product or variation was fulfilled

Please contact us at support@zayvera.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and packaging for verification.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval
  • Note: Payment gateway fees are non-refundable per the terms of our processor

Zayvera reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product)
  • In approved cases involving incorrect or faulty items, Zayvera will issue a prepaid return label
